Typical Sourcing Fee's
Fees are simple and transparent - Smiths Developments works for you as the Investor.
For single lets and light refurb projects.– Typical sourcing fee from £2,000 + VAT
Reservation Fee
Secure your chosen property by signing our Sourcing Agreement and paying a reservation fee (subject to legals and due diligence).
Completion Fee
The remaining fee is paid on exchange or completion, either directly by you or via your solicitor from completion funds.
All fees, timings and refund terms are set out clearly in our Sourcing Agreement before you commit.
