My story
My name is Gerran. I started my career on the tools as a plumbing and heating engineer, then served in the Royal Navy, where I learned to work under pressure, manage risk and stay calm when things get complicated.
After the forces I moved into cyber security and risk management. Property was always where I wanted to be, and I’ve built my own portfolio in Gloucester, including a single let, an HMO and serviced accommodation.
I bring the same approach to every deal: proper due diligence, honest numbers and no overcomplicating. I find solid deals, check them properly, and do what I say I’m going to do.
