Who buys your property

Occasionally, us
Where a property suits our own plans, we may buy it ourselves. We’ll always tell you clearly who the buyer is before you agree anything.
We act for the buyer, not the seller. We will always tell you who the buyer is and whether we have any personal interest in the purchase. You pay no fee to us. You will need your own solicitor, and we can suggest local firms if that helps.
